Is the Teppanyaki worth the price?

The Teppanyaki Restaurant is very popular on the cruise ships of Norwegian Cruise Line. It’s a japanese restaurant. You have the choice between dishes with meat or fish or vegetables – or combinations. I have chosen Land’N'Sea – something like Surf & Turf – Filet Mignon and Jumbo Shrimp. There’s a cover charge of 25$ at the moment. Is it worth the price?
